Rather, we said: It is not what people grow, and no one has grown it, even if it is what people usually grow, so there is nothing in it whether a person grows it or not. Because it is something that people grow, the place of germination is established for ease; Because its observance [(1)] in (2) every tree is impossible, so if the place of germination is established, and germination is a reason for ownership (3), then (4) the sanctity of the sanctuary is not related to it. If it is something that people do not normally grow, then if (5) a person grows it, there is nothing in it for what we mentioned, and if a person did not grow it, then it has value[(6)]. It is known from this that the sections are four (7), and there is no value except in one section (8).

(And he does not graze [(1)] grass, nor cut [(2)] except Al-Ithkhir (3) [(4)].

And by killing a louse(1)[(2)], or a locust[(3)] is charity[(4)], even if you say(5)[(6)].

There is nothing [(1)] for killing a crow(2), a kite(3)[(4)], a scorpion[(5)], a snake[(6)], a mouse, a squirrel dog(7)[(8)], a mosquito(9), a flea(1)[(2)], a tick(3), a turtle[(4)], and seven squirrels(5)[(6)].

He has the right to slaughter a sheep[(1)], a cow, a camel, a chicken, or a domestic duck(2), and to eat[(3)](4) what he catches(5) is permissible, and to slaughter it(6)[(7)] without any indication is forbidden, and (8) he commands him to do so.

Whoever enters the Sanctuary(1) with a game that he sent[(2)], its sale will be returned if it remains: that is, the sale that he brought [while in Ihram](3) after his entry[(4)] into the Sanctuary shall be returned if the game remains in the hands of the buyer, (otherwise he will be rewarded(5)[(6)] just as a person in ihram sells his catch[(7)]): that is, his sale will be returned if it remains, otherwise he will be rewarded whether he sold it from a forbidden or permissible source.
