(orkaz) ((4)) the whole desert of the war house is not secure ((5) ((6)) and he found it (i.e.) if our merchant entered the war home safely, he found in its desert a raqaza, all of it for him ((8) ((9)), (and if he found ((10) in the house of which he returned to the owner of the house ((11)).

And know that according to Abu Hanifa - may God be pleased with him - it is obligatory for vegetables to be charity given by the owner to the poor(6), not that the Sultan takes them, as is the case in ((Al-Asrar))[(7)] by Judge Imam Abu Zaid Al-Dabusi.

(Except in the form of firewood[(1)]): like reed[(2)], and hashish.

(And as for what is irrigated in Gharb(1)[(2)] or Daliyah(3) half a tenth[(4)] without raising[(5)] the supplies for (6) the crops: that is, it is obligatory (7) the job: which is a tenth of the whole or half of it, not that he raises the supplies for the crops like the harvest wages, and the like, then gives his job, which is a tenth of the remainder or half of it. (And the fifth Taghlibi [(1)] have a tenth of land (2) his man [(3)], his child, and his female alike, even if he converts to Islam[(4)](5), or a Muslim or a non-Muslim bought it(6)). Know that the tenth is taken from the lands of our children, so double that is taken from the lands of their children, and the double tenth is not waived from them with Islam according to Abu Hanifa - may God be pleased with him -, [and likewise according to Muhammad - may God be pleased with him -] (8). As for Abu Yusuf - may God be pleased with him - one tenth is taken [(9)].

(And he took the tax(10)[(11)] from a non-Muslim who bought the tenth of a Muslim, [and a tenth of a Muslim](1) he took it from him by pre-emption(2), or returned it to him due to the invalidity of the sale): That is, [if](3) he took it from a non-Muslim in pre-emption[(4)], or the non-Muslim bought the ten from a Muslim in pre-emption, then it was returned to the Muslim; Due to the corruption of the sale, the decimal value [(5)] returned to what it was.

(And in Dar[1]) I made a garden[2][3] outdoor[4] if it was for my ear, or for a Muslim to water it with a hundred[4]): i.e. with outdoor water, (and if I watered it with the water of ten[5]) ten.

And the water of the sky, and the well, the eye of the tenth, and water of rivers, and (2) its excavation of the foreigners, and (3) and (5) and (5) of the outcrops, and (6) and about it, and (also they will be) and (2) and (3), and Tigris, and Euphrates, and (4) and (5) - may Allah be pleased with him - and (10) with Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him.

And there is nothing in Ain Qir (1) and oil (3) in a land of ten, and in an land of Kharaj in (4) its harem is good for the Zaa'ia (a land not in it): i.e. if (5) the harem of Ain was good for agriculture, it must be (a) out not in Ain.

The door of the banks[1] (among them: poor: he who has the least thing).

And the poor: from nothing to him. And the charitable worker, he gives as much as his work. And offices, they are in his throat. And a debtor has no more than his debt.

And in the way of Allah: he who is cut off from the invaders (1) by my father Yusuf (3) - may Allah be pleased with him - and the pilgrim who is broken off from Muhammad (4) by the son of the way: he whose money is not with him.

And for the mizqi, he will have to spend to all the varieties, and he will give from each variety three; because the least number is three.

We say: if the law does not apply to the collection, and cannot be applied to the charity, nor to the expropriation, sex is desired by it, and the association is annulled, as in the following verse: {I do not want women afterwards}, {Here I do not wish the covenant, nor the excropriation; for if I want this, I must want all the alms that are in the world for all the poor... to the end, not one should be deprived, and this is not in anyone's power, on the other hand, that I want all alms to all of them, not all the charities of all the kinds, not to give all three of the kinds.

And he does not want the alms to be divided among them; for if it is divided into parts, what befell the poor man must also be distributed, [the sequence must follow] [the order must follow]. If he said: a third of my money is for the poor and needy, he knew that the intention was to declare the banks and not to divide [the part] [not to build a mosque], and to bury a dead man, and to judge his religion, and from what he believes [that] [that's why]; one must possess [that which] one deserves, so he said in the brief: some will be allotted to all or to some.

(And not to whom) (and not to his wife): (i.e. he does not give his origin and his Ala, and his branch and his bottom, and the husband does not grant his wife, nor the wife to her husband), (and his property): (and) (i.) (i) the husband, (ii) the wife, (iii) the slave, (iv) some of his property, and (viii) his property: (vi) the property of the wealthy, (vii) and the property other than offices, (v) the child of the rich man, (vii) and (vii). (viiii) (viiv) and his descendants: (vii), and (vv) and all of his family, (xiii) and those who are not obliged to pay him a tax.

(He paid to whom he thought he was) (1) a banker, (2) a slave, or his offices he returns (3) (4) and (5) a rich man, or a disbeliever, or even his father, or son, or Hashemi is no longer a dispute with my father Yusuf.
